Hello i am transfer student and i have studied for 2 years in Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering i was accepted at University of New Brunswick as transfer student.
I applied 1st time in june 2019 while my credits transfer was in process my application was rejected within a week. ( i should mention i didn't upload any of my transcripts or ielts either as there was no mention of those on the IRCC website) now this time i have applied through SDS and my credits were also transferred almost 1.5 years worth of courses were accepted at New Brunswick University so my question is does this matter to the Visa officer? Also i have tried my best to answer the reasons for first refusal too here is my profile
