Otherwise, you have "Mobility Right".. you can stay/live anywhere in Canada.

This mostly contains information of applying to PR is you are in Canada. I wanted to know if I have a COPR and I am flying to Canada for PR interview. Do I need to land at Province/City of Destination mentioned on the single entry visa provided to me.

It is not always possible to obtain a direct flight to Canada so you complete your landing at the first POE. If you are a PNP applicant you should be able to show at landing time onward travel to the province that nominated you else there is a possibly landing could be refused. If refused you would probably be allowed entry as a visitor.
