Do BIL and medical pass update together? AOR Aug 21st, BIL completed, Medical no change

Morning seniors,
Help needed. Do you get the BIL and medical passed update on the same day? On immitracker, I saw people updating these two columns at the same time.

I got email this morning with "biometrics completed" update. As I have given biometrics for work permit application, I got both BIL and the status for biometrics is completed as below.
Biometrics October 13, 2020 Completed.

I have upfront medical test and uploaded the e-letter, but there is no update under medical results.

Just want to learn from who submitted earlier than me, when do you get medical pass update after BIL? Do I need to contact the clinic to confirm?
