Do 600 PNP points get added automatically or do I need to edit our EE profile?

We have received our provincial nomination and the nomination certificate, and accepted the nomination in our my CIC account.

Under the province/territory nominations is says accepted, and under application/profile details section it says provincial/territory nomination, received and the name of our province, but under the express entry profile details it says provincial nomination not met.

We only accepted the nomination in my CIC yesterday, are we supposed to do anything else? Do our 600 points get added automatically or do we have to edit our express entry application somehow? I'm worried as we would love to get an ITA in the next draw, but cant without our points updating.

Any advice would be appreciated, thanks

Should add automatically within 24 hours. If not, you may contact the nominating province with the technical issue and also IRCC
