DNA Testing in Karachi, Pakistan - Family Class - Parents

Hello everyone - I have received a letter from London Visa Office requesting DNA testing for my parents and myself. My parents are in Pakistan (Hyderabad), and I am living in Canada. Has anyone gone through the process of getting the DNA testing done in Pakistan? The letter indicates that the DNA test result must be from a laboratory accredited by the Standard Council of Canada for DNA testing. Is there a lab in Pakistan that is accredited by the Standard Council of Canada? Also, does anyone know how long this process will take? Any other information will be helpful and appreciated.

Thanks for the link. I contacted Maxxam lab (https://thednalab.com/immigration-dna-testing/). They will collect my sample here in Canada. After that, they will contact London Visa Office to ask them to contact the Canadian High Commission in Pakistan to call my parents to submit samples at the Canadian High Commission in Pakistan.

I submitted my DNA sample here in Canada at the end of November 2018, and my parents received an appointment for their samples after three months.

Did you mean timing for DNA testing? If yes, it totally depends on the High Commission. I think they either have fixed days to collect DNA samples, or they wait until they have received a few applications that require DNA sample collection. Then they set up appointment for everyone for the same day. That's what I think.

Canadian High Commission Islamabad. You will receive a letter via email from the High Commission that is going to schedule your appointment.
