DMP asking where to send the MEDICAL RESULTS

Hi to all. We will be undergoing medicals this coming friday to one of the DMPs here in Los Angeles. We were asked to bring the address on where to send the medical results. Can you guys provide the answer to this. I applied in CIC-MANILA, will be undergoing medicals here in Los Angeles. Also do you guys have any idea how much is the medical fee? Does it vary from doctor to doctor or state to state?

Based on my understanding all medical results are forwarded to OTTAWA, is that true?

Can you guys shed some light on this.

Reydon...the address where it will be sent is in the form....in my case...it was sent to London CHC.....maybe your case should be sent to Manila....because that is where your application is filed....

Fees...had it here in Saudi costing me $320....
