DM waiting on Passport Request- Ottawa/Miss VO

Just wanting to check in. Are there still quite a few people who have DM and are waiting for their Passport request from the Ottawa/Miss VO?

There were a backlog of Sept. 1st DMs who hadn't got their request yet and I'm wondering if there has been any movement now.

We got DM end of Sept and not-so-patiently waiting for the request now.

Yes there are quite a few - both September 1st DMs and end of September DMs. Most of the September 1st DMs are Ottawa VO applicants. You can find them in this thread. So far two September 1st DMs have gotten PPR (that we know of). One on October 13th and one today (you can find their posts in the last 4 pages of the linked thread). They were both Ottawa VO applicants. The common thing about both seems to be that they recently emailed Ottawa VO about not hearing anything since getting DM on September 1st, and lo and behold, they both got PPR email soon after. However, there are other September 1st DM applicants that still haven't got the PPR email. Again, you can find it all on the Mississauga Processing thread that I linked.
