DM & Letter Sent,,,Still no letter received,,,,also can't see my e-case

Dear Seniors,

I need your kind help...

for the last one and half month my e-status was showing decision made and letter sent on 23rd April 2012..still I am waiting for the letter and on the other hands for the last four days I am unable to log in to my e-case.

I m really worried about, as many guys saying you will receive rejection letter

But it is too long time I am waiting for the letter.

What should I do next???????
