DLI transfer and authorized leave

I was changing schools this spring but my new school cancelled the programs due to the covid 19. Is it possible to switch back to my former school? Can I apply for a DLI transfer again?

Also is it true that I cant work while I am on authorised leave. In my case, I am changing schools and not studying currently

You dont need to appy for dli transfer, you just update dli on myCIC account.
