Do the following stepsaxvue said:
1 Go to the family supirior court in toronto and get list of lawyers .List is available free at court frnt desk
2. search and find which best suit your needs. cost of lawyer is typically 250 dollars + per hour( look at 5 k cost if no kid involve else 10k)
2a. Also Free 3-4 hour consulation guidance is available to get your options in family court. Attendance /enrollment of same is mandatory . if u hire lwyer he will enroll u in it anyway.
3. Under ur lawyer guidance make a needful effort to locate your spouse. U need to collect proofs that are indeed trying to locate ur spouse valid address.
4. prepare the papers to send a "serving divorce papers" in ur case 1 year separation period already exist
5. Court , once satisfy that u make best efforts will locate ur spouse for you. In worst case if court cannot locate ur spouse( missing person etc) Then it just publish notice on newspapers & on outside court premises for 60 days.
6. If ur separated spouse do not respond , u will be lucky to get quick divorce . Personally i think ur spouse will respond since she have everything to loose especially she is earning less that you. Be careful laws in Ontario are heavily in favour person who earn less out of two. Best of luck.
NOTE: If u have property in toronto/GTA get it transfer to ur parents names with 2-3 % ur share before proceeding . It is crazy millionaire city now with every property appritaing by 30% annually
