hi all I have a question... I submitted my eapr with stats legally separated. I submitted my legal separation agreement as well as a letter from my separated spouse indicating no interest of migrating etc as well as the non accompanying parent form. Cic has now requested my divorce certificate indicating that in order to exempt my spouse from the application and from examination i must provide this. However in my inital submission i submitted a LOE explaining that we are not divorced, just separated. I have 7 days to respond and have no clue how to proceed. Even if my husband agrees to be examined (which he has absolutley outrightly refused to do) there is no way he can do a medical and police clearance in 7 days.... any ideas on how to move forward here?
