I’m a citizen of Canada and I filed a divorce case from India, I have been living in India since December 2017.. the summons were sent in August 2018 to his parents house in Delhi and also in Brampton where he resides..then I came to know that he has rented out that house and he is living at some other address which I don’t know. Regardless the address which provided he still owns that house and that House is rented out.
The summon which was sent at the Delhi address, that I came to know that he doesn’t live there and stays in Canada which I know. It was sent in August mid and first date was November 3,2018 and second date was January 9, 2019., the same reply that report has not been received yet. My lawyer says they are sending a reminder and next date is March 14,2019. Please guide me... Thanks
