divorce before pr card

hi,
my wife is threatning me that she will give me divorce and cancel my pr status.our marriage is geniune.
i came to canada 45 days back.i have landing document proof but will get my pr card after about 15 days.
1.so can she still cancel my pr card?

2.we have not divorced yet and to give time to save my marriage,i may shift to some other place .in that condition if pr card comes to home and she refuse to give it back to me then what should i do at that time??bcz if i now change my adress of pr card then it may cause some confusion in cic people mind.so if i am married then y do i look suspicious.

3.can she cancel my pr status???

Since you have landed already, there is nothing she can do to "cancel" your PR status.

She cant do anything like that. You havent received your card yet but on papers, you are landed.

but can you please tell me what about my pr card?if she refuses to give me back my pr card ?bcz our relationship is still not ended so i want to make it go on the right track and i dont want to change any thing in pr card application bcz any change in pr application will make me suspicious.i am 1 or 2 weeks away from pr card.
i know that even i stay at her home ,she will definitely try to get my pr card first and hide it from me

i have heard that canadian govt is thinking about acting harshly on marriage of convenience ?if my wife says that it was marriage of convenience bcz of short duration of my arrival to canada then how will it effect me?why not canada govt thinks about the persons who are sponsored being abused by the person who sponsored them.any geniune mariage can result in failure.
if canadian govt order some strict law against marriage of convinience within a month or 2 then will i be effected by that or only those people will be effected who land in canada after that law placement bcz till now govt is thinking but its not approved yet.

You've landed so she cannot cancel your PR status. If she hold onto your PR Card you can order a replacement and have it sent to an alternate address.
About the new laws coming into effect i don't think anyone will be able to answer this for you 100% as nobody knows exactly what will happen. However generally, something like that would only be applicable for future applicants as there was no conditional PR status given to you like they are planning to do in the future, therefore your status should not be effected in this case.

thanks thanks a lot.
i must tell you that i am in great pain.she mentally abused me at maximum.i am unable to sleep more than 3 to 4 hours daily bcz of this tension.i was doing in oil company as an engineer and was earning lot of money.
her mother is the main reason,she teaches all bad things like dont talk to him,dont sleep with him,dont go out with him,take back all the marriage related memorable things.
lets c what happen but before placing any harsh law canadian govt must also think about the person who are being sponsored bcz they can not be wrong all the time.
i know my wife had to go on job for few months to sponsor me but why why why her attitude been changed totally.she is making my life like hell in canada
