Divorce and Remarriage during Medical Examination

Hello friends,

I need you advice. I applied for Canada High Skill Migration in 2010 with my accompany spouse. We got divorced in January 2012 and remarriage recently to another girl. This month I got the request from CIC for medical examination. I am confused about what should I do now. I didn't inform about the divorce or remarriage. Please suggest should I inform CIC about the change and request for consider my new wife for medical examination? I want to take my wife with me to accompany me in Canada. Please suggest...

Any changes to your marital status should be done ASAP....
As per the PER and AOR...
In your case you have not informed...
In my opinion its late for reconsideration...If you forward your update now surely VO gonna close your file in evidence with your false/late information...I think you should PM senior members and consult with lawyers...Hope you get a solution favoring your positive decision,

That`s very correct. You should have let the VO knows about your situation ASAP.
Now there is nothing you can do than telling the VO and see what they will have to say.
But i believe u have to fill all the application forms again.

indicate the reason for not letting them know about the divorce and the remarriage.
You must let them know now. Do it today.
its a natural thing that people get joint and apart.
your VO will cancel your ex spouse's medical and application and tell you to fill up new forms and then upon getting those , VO will issue a new medical, time consuming. I wish you hadnt divorce at this stage of the application.

This is confusing - two posts with conflicting information... which is which? :-X

In one post, you divorced in January 2012 and remarried. In another, you are separated from your wife and in the process of divorce. Who are you divorcing now - the first woman or the new woman? Did you marry the the second woman without divorcing the first?

Also, you say that without your wife you only have 66pts - could this be the reason you did not notify CIC of your divorce? hmm...

I have applied for FSW with my accompanying spouse. I received my medical examination request but i am separated from my wife and we are in the process of divorce.

In that case, can I do my medical and inform the cic about the separation? Without my wife, my score is 66 points. Will cic consider 66 points to process further?
