divorce and new marriage with children

I am planning to apply for Canadian immigration (express entry). I had divorced my ex-wife before 1.5 years and I have a son of 3 years. Before 6 months, I got married again who is also divorced and she has 5 years daughter. Now, can I apply with my new wife with 2 children (my own son and my wife's daughter; both are my dependents)? If anyone has experience please let me know elaborately. Thanks.

You need to include both of the children and your wife. If your son is immigrating with you, you will need permission from his mother or full legal custody.
