I got conditional permanent residence before the new changes to the immigration regulations.
We have a lot of issues going on in our marriage and we both don't want to live each other anymore.
My question is that what is going to happen to my permanent residence status if I divorce?

Nothing. Unless they report you for using them to get your PR and even then it's unlikely anything will happen.

There is no such thing as conditional PR anymore. Anyone who had the condition under old rules, no longer does today.
