Hi guys I have two questions.

I get married in 2010 and my wife sponsor me 2011 I landed . I landed and my wife asked for divorce after I discovered that she has an affair. she admit. I asked to go to see some professional but she said it is too late and she cannot fix what had done. we got divorce in her wishes.

I got my PR card , I moved on and start my new life, going to school update my knowledge and try to move on on my life. I had no contact to her at all.

Now I am going to visit my family back home for vacation, for 2 weeks. Should I be worry if she did any wrong behind my back. i know she would not but I know the guy she cheated with has no paper. so she could had lie to sponsor him. I know she is kind of stupid when comes to theses kind of decision in her life.
I wish her the best, Do not understand me wrong, she was my wife, and I loved her.I asked her but she said she did nothing to hurt me.

Question is can I be worry to go for vacation?

My second question I used to live in canada before, and I got deported before my wife sponsor me , I granted the ARC. Authorize return to Canada. and I enter canada with no problem, Should I ask immgration for another paper or no reason for

thanks for your reply ;D

If you have your PR card and you didn't misrepresent yourself to begin with to get that PR card, then you shouldn't have any problems to go for a vacation and come back.

Whatever your ex wife decides to do about her new un 'papered' boyfriend is of no concern to you at all. What she decides to do from this point is totally up to her.

She cannot hurt you at all. From the moment you received your PR status she cannot control your status any longer. Actually, just the opposite - you could hurt her financial situation if you decided to go on any governmental financial assistance - as she had signed the financial undertaking and she was financially responsible for you for 3 years after your landing date.

Enjoy your vacation, there will be no problem for your returning to Canada.
