Distant learning at same college

My program is 1year.which i started August 2018..
I was already informed that im not eligible for Post Graduate Work Permit upon graduation
i hate my program and find it hard and the college placed me on academic probation
IF i withdraw from this program and do distant learning in the same college in another program.. then find any fulltime work to pass the time because im not getting PGWP anyway
1.DO I HAVE TO INFORM CIC?
2.WILL MY COLLEGE INFORM THEM AUTOMATICALLY?
~Someone promised me a a fulltime job upon completion of this distant learning program when i finish the modules
3.WILL IT BE EASY TO GET A REGULAR WORK PERMIT?
My work permit expires 2021

You cant work full time as a student.
It will be very hard to get a regular work permit without PGWP, your employer would need to get a LMIA. Why can you not get PGWP? You should switch to a public college.
