Distance MBA From MDU Rohtak

Dear All,

I am trying for PR,
I have done regular 4 year B.tech & 2 year Distance MBA from MDU Rohtak,
for my Distance MBA, WES is evaluating it as a 4 year degree, not the masters,

please suggest if i can go for IQAS and what are the chances that they will consider it as masters,
