Distance education valid for express entry?

Dear All,

Hope you are doing well.

I am planning to take PGDCA degree (distance education) from Punjabi University, Patiala, Punjab, India.
Can you please tell me if it will be eligible for score calculation while applying for PR in Canada.
Please help.
If possible, please share relevant documents/links which I can read further for more information.
