I have all my documents ready and will be dispatching the application on 14 of November.

2173 has already reached 699.

Do you guys think i will still be able to make it ? Hands freezing to see this. Please someone comment.

It will take 3-4 months for CIC to open your application. So you won't hear anything for 3-4 months after your application is received.
