Dispatched passport

Hello guys,I am from Sri Lanka.I have received a email from vfs stating, "my processed passport has been dispatched from the visa office to Canadian VAC centre" on Friday. But there was not a attached pdf file containing medical request.Since i haven't done my medicals yet will that be a rejection

It looks like a rejection. Is there a rejection letter in your CIC acct. Since, it is already late for Jan intake so you will have to email your college to defer to next intake. Work on your rejection reason and prepare a strong SOP. make sure you get the caipsgcms.com notes to know the detailed rejection reason.
