Dispatched in 2Days - No approval mail Yet ! What It might be ?

Hi, I have applied for Study permit application on SPP for RedRiver college - Jan 2015 Intake.
I've submitted my application on 30th Oct - Thursday in VFS Hyderabad. I got mail on 31st, stating that the passport application transferred to Delhi Office. And got a mail on Tuesday - Stating that passport is dispatched from Delhi at 11:30 , and by 12:30 new mail stating that passport dispatched from Hyd to BlueDart Courier. ( No bluedart tracking ID ). When I inquired in Bluedart they are telling that it will be delivered by 6th.
Profile : 7.5IELTS, 80% Btech No Backlogs, Fee Paid 8300 & GIC 10000. 5Yrs Work exp - 1 and half year as Test Analyst & 3 and half years as a Business Analyst.
Now applied for IBM ! What are the chances of getting visa? ( as it has taken only 2 working days to dispatch )
Previously Applied for Student Visa in 2009 to Canada But Withdrawn because of Processing delay !
US Visa Rejection in 2008 Dec - Misrepresentation

No Approval mail from CHC yet ! I'm tensed ! Can I expect Positive result ?

Am also facing the almost same situation applied since sept 23rd through vfs then on th 5th nov tracked and saw a message ur processed passport has been dispatched to the application centre without a mail regardin a medical exam am so confused...paid all necessary fees,submitted all documents required and am to resume in ;an 2015 red river pls any1 has an idea wot dis means thanks
