What are the options if IAD Appeal is dismissed?
Should the person surrender PR status & apply for Work Permit?

1. Unless you apply for leave to appeal to the Federal Court of Canada, you leave Canada. Depending on the type of order issued, you may be able to apply for a work permit overseas. You lose the appeal, you don't surrender your PR , you no longer have it.
