Discrepancy on CIC website regarding NOC code !!!!!!

Guys, the first link below does not show 'Social Media Community Manager' under NOC titles :

But when I open the similar page on my phone, 'Social Media Community Manager' is showing : (check the 12th last title from the bottom of the list)

Can someone please explain why and how is this !?!? Extremely urgent. Thanks a ton!

The first link is of 2011 directory

and second link is the latest and updated list of 2016. ;D
