Hi guys,
I've checked different thread regarding this and decided to generalize a question:
Does CIC consider your EE application when they are reviewing your after-ITA application?
In other words:
Does anyone was requested to provide LOE or PR application was rejected based on discrepancies between EE profile and after-ITA application?
As far as I understand, there are two factors:
- your new score shouldn't be lower than the draft's cut-off score
- you still should be eligible for your EE program based on your changes in after-ITA application.
Now my story:
I included my non-Canadian along with my Canadian experience in EE application. Because of that, I was eligible for two programs CEC and Federal skilled worker. I got ITA for CEC. However, I'm going to have a lot of issues proving my non-Canadian experience (long story short - they company was acquired). So, I'm thinking of to play it safe and not to include these experience in "Work History" section. I see two consequences:
- my new lower points should be > draft's cut-off. This is true in my case.
- I'm no longer eligible for Federal Skilled Worker. I think it doesn't matter at this point as I was chosen for CEC.
Other thing, I might be eligible for extra points now (please check my other thread here https://www.canadavisa.com/canada-i...losed-wp-lmia-exempt-c20.555823/#post-6882974
). So, there'd be two major discrepancies between EE and after-ITA.
Should I decline my ITA and reapply or it'd be ok? Thanks!
