Disapproved Spousal Sponsorship - Grounds/Reason

hi everyone.

im going back home in the Philippines for vacation for 1 month and to get married this year, 3rd quarter.

when i return here in Canada, when is the best time to apply for my wife's sponsorship?
can i submit immediately?

and are there sponosrship that get disapproved?
what are the grounds/reasons?

by the way, we landed here in canada as immigrant last 2013.
im employed and our family already bought a house last 2014.
all my family members are employed.
