My querries are ,
Can I land in Canada without him ?
I want to settle down in Canada , can ,I "without him "?

Yea, u can land in canada if you are a principle applicant...

As you are the principal applicant, you can move to canada, "without Him". However, he cannot go there with out you :)

However, be advised that before you get the visa, you would need him for medicals and other paper works. he has to undergo medicals even if he is not accompanying you. So keep it nice with him, You will need his cooperation to some extend till you get the visa!

You will not get point for Spouse Education if you do not include your husband with your file....

Please do not inform to visa office about the intention of your husband......

Just take you visa first and decide later whether to go canada or not.

If you pay application charges for both, you will also get point for spouse education.

Ask your husband to come for a week, just receive PR card from canada and come back to native...
