Would you have a longer commute? I can't see any other obvious disadvantages. Have heard that it's a good place to be. Very rapidly expanding I believe, and surrounded by some beautiful countryside. Take a look at welcometohalton.ca or milton.ca which has a 'new to Milton' section.
