Disability(ODSP) declared as Net Income on Sponsorship Evaluation?

Hi, I am on Disability Pension(ODSP), so on the Sponsorship Evaulation Form, what do I put under 'Net Income'?

Do I put the yearly amount for my Disability Pension?

Do I put zero?

Or do I just ignore the question?

Like Shorty says, your income from line 151 or whatever it is on your income tax. If that is only ODSP then that is fine. I had a measly $10,000 something on mine because my only income was from PWD status (BC disability).
