Hi, My question is following:
A year year ago i was sent by the company to do a technical supprot work at one of our exsiting customers in Canada. It turned out that i needed to have a document that shows the relationship between institutes and comercial agreement between the sides. Since i didn't have such info with me - i was asked to leave canada and come back equipped with the right papers, so i did and prperly entered candaien border a day after. The Question is: How does the offering company and I know what is my direction\deportation status\record. Could it make any issues for the company that offers me a job? If so, what is the proper pprocedure to clear my case?
Another detail: since then i've entered Canada many times - everytime while returning for business or vacation i was quite normally examined at the port of antry.
How do i know if was "removal order IMM1217B"...if it was only direction to leave Canada or it was worse case of deportation, and so i need to apply for an ARC?
Many thanks for assistance in advance,
Michael
