Direct hire problem

Hi can anyone help me what will i do? I'm from philippines i already have my working visa to canada as a cook . Already 5 months running but im still here i cannot go because my employer in canada doesnt want to sign the papee that the philippine government provide i cannot leave my country if they dont sign that paper is there anything i can do.. thank ou

Hi! Can i asked how long did it take for you to be approved in LMIA cook? and what province? Thanks! is it also direct hiring?
