i think unfortunately you may be waiting a long time given if were that easy there would not be so many people on this forum sharing their struggles to get PR or work

Stop dream too high!! None of employer will support u for visa flight ticket and accommodation.

Good point I had not thought of that approach which is one area all this may apply so making that assumption given lack of background.

There are a few agencies through a Google search but as with anything like an agency traed with care and make sure they are genuine.
