MCSE is a qualification. However it does not gets point for education.

Dear Poster,

Please find below eligibility factors for getting marks of Diploma. I dont think MCSE can bring someting for you.

You have a three-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 15 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study.22 points

You have a two-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 14 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study.20 points

You have a one-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 13 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study.15 points

You have a one-year diploma, trade certificate or apprenticeship and at least 12 years of full-time or full-time equivalent study.12 points

Masters degree with 17 years of full-time education you can get 25 points

else

with a Bachelors degree and 15 years education 20 points.

Masters degree with 15 years of education or more but less than 17 means 20 points

NO.
But it will help/allow you to apply under IT related JOBS/NOC as u have done professional IT certifications.

Not really.

Whatever the qualification you have you will get the points; irrespective of the NOC category you apply for.

But you should have one year work experience in the category you are applying for; it does not really need an education in that field. It is clearly mentioned in the CIC website.

However only few jobs in the NOC category can be done without an education on that field.
