Does anybody have expirience of thanslating documents by yourself and just asking your friend to sign them? Is it acceptable?
I'm currenty in the USA and there is no term certified translator term here, I think. Professional translator will just do the same as I could do myself O_O

I need to translate two diplomas and police cert from Russia. BTW, if I have two diplomas - bachelor and master, do I need to translate both?

you need to translate all documents submitted in english.

regards,

You really should read the instructions.

"If the original certificate is not in English or French, submit both the certificate and the original copy of a translation prepared by an accredited translator
