Hello po to all,

I've found an employer for my sister in the Philippines and got her LMO to work as a food counter attendant, right now we are completing the required documents. I have some question po:

1. Is she need to do the red ribbon of her School Diploma?
2. Is she need to apply for TRV or just a work permit application (I forgot what I did before)
3. about the available fund, is she need to have it?
4. How long will takes na po ba the processing in Manila, Philippines?

Thank you po in advance.....

Hi,

1. No need for red ribbon as long as you submit the original docs
2. No. TRV will be given automatically if her WP is approved
3. It is better to show proof of funds if she have
4. For processing usually it takes 3 months. You can learn more about your query through this thread
