I am currently a Permanent Resident if Canada and am looking to help my brother move as well. Ideally, I’d like him to become a PR before coming to Canada to do a master’s because of subsidized tuition.
My brother would be eligible with points for a relative, 2 years of work experience and a diploma/ certificate- is it possible for him to complete an 8 month course while working, provided it is ECA equivalent?
Would also love some suggestions on courses in India, if any qualify.
