Diploma after Diploma

I have passed 10+2 in 2012,
then i have diploma in Computer program.till June 2013 now i want to apply for Computer Network diploma in Canada college ..
can i am eligible ?
Now i have 8 month Gap can i cover this Gap with indicateing doing ielts and prepare document for visa?

Yes it will be. Because to go to study in Canada you have to have something in your biography that make sense for such a wish. You need it what for? For you career? You do not have any right now.
Why could not you get the second dilpoma in your home country?

i am from Bangladesh. The study school are not up to the international level therefore i want to go toCanada college for better education.

brother opt for degree or something that is above diploma to satisfy the embassy , that you are going for higher education ..if you diploma this may reduce your chances. you may send email to college regarding in which course you would like to take admission see their reply .

For degree program they need 16 years education of me....so i opt computer science.....

As i said 10+2 Non medical (Computer science subject was compulsory )
the 1 year Computer network diploma...
