Diploma After B TECH?

I am a B tech Computer Science (Cyber Security) graduate in India, i have just completed it now i am planning to study in Canada i am confused for the following:

1) Most probably i should go for a post graduate diploma but for the post graduate diploma program there is no coop option.

2) If i take coop option in consideration than the undergraduate diploma provides proper coop opportunity.

please suggest me if i can pursue an undergraduate diploma after b tech and explore coop opportunities as it would help to kick start my career aspect.

Taking another undergraduate degree after you already have one is uncommon and could be grounds for a refused study permit application. Look into master's programs.
