Hi guys,

I'd apply for my spouse in Family class, After linked my application to GCkey account , i received message from CIC that they will require passport photos. even if i sent it.

I received a message as below.

Passport photos: Passport size photographs (photographs must conform to the
specifications outlined in the Guide to Immigrating IMM 3999 and Appendix B Photo
Specifications) For photo specifications, follow the instructions
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/pr-card/apply-photos.asp. This must be received at
this office by: 2017/**/*9

My question is should i send hard copy or just upload the photo to my GCkey accout ?
Please advise.

We uploaded to gckey mailed them to vo and emailed

Thats correct. They have three versions
