Digital photo needed for applying OWP

Just want to ask, I am applying on open work permit but they area sking for photos, my question how can i send it through online? Is it ok if i will just scan it? Thank u.

You can go to photo shop and let it save it in CD or your USB. Or it can email to you. Scanning does not work.
