Folks,

I was preparing my online application. In the page where it requests digital photo file, it also request Photographer Information (As a text file or a Photographer's receipt). I am planning to attach the photographer's receipt. However I had a question:

Do you submit both the photo and the receipt as a single file?

Thank you!

No attach each file separately.

If I’m submitting paper file, is it enough to include two pictures with the photographers stamp on the back, with his address, date the picture was taken an my name. Do I have to include the receipt? Imasking cause the photographer I went to is inside of a grocery store and the receipt say “groceries”

Here is the list of documents you need to submit: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...bsection-5-1-adults-18-years-older.html#Step3
and here is the photo specification: https://www.canada.ca/en/immigratio...ip-application-photograph-specifications.html

has anyone submitted their online citizenship application recently and included a digital photo taken at home, without the photographer’s studio info? I’m wondering if IRCC is okay with that now, or if they still expect something official even for the digital version. Let me know what worked for you if you’ve done it recently.

I have not, but I did do this recently, and there are lines in the forms where it asks for the photographer's details including address - don't purposely provide fake info. Just pay the $20 or so and get it done right - sure, you might have it accepted otherwise, but you might also get it delayed or have other issues.
