Digital photo 35x45mm or 50x70mm after receiving ITA?

Hi,
I am really confused about the specifications of digital photo. In my checklist, when i click on the '?' (Help) it says 35x45mm (no mention about stamp on the back of the photo) but in the general guidelines in CIC website it says 50x70mm. Which one should I get. Please reply ASAP.

50x70 when u recieve ppr. 35x45 when u have to upload.

Go to a photo studio and ask him please take my photograph in both the sizes and give me the digital copy of 35x45. Also ask him to write his contact info at the back of 50x70

Thank you Jaffaral for your quick reply. This is really helpful. Problem i faced so far here in US is someone are taking 50x70mm but they are saying they could not stamp it. But anyways I will try to find someone out before PPR. As of now I will get 35x45mm.

You can try in Walgreens. I have heard few stores do stamp it for 50X70 mm photos
