I am currently pursuing masters degree in Botany with Specialization in Plant Genetics and Biotechnology at The University of Burdwan, West Bengal, India. I have not received my certificate of Bachelor Degree from my university because of COVID - 19 . My university have provided me Bachelor Degree Certificate through Digilocker . I want to apply in Canadian University by using this certificate. I would like to know that is Digilocker Certificate valid for admission in abroad ??
