I have Bachelors degree in CS and MSc in GIS.
I have more than 4 years work experience in GIS but its mixed with computer science. My first job was GIS Developer. second GIS Expert. Current is GIS Team Lead.
My responsibilities in all three jobs falls in NOC 2174 and 2175 for CS and 2255 for GIS.
There are two sides of GIS. One is for non technical people who dont code. My area is Web GIS. But none of my job title shows that. But i work on both web and desktop GIS solutions.
As i have MSc degree in GIS and work titles with GIS. so i have chosen 2255 as primary NOC in my EE profile.
Now while applying for PNP i have noticed they need more kind of IT guys than GIS.
My question is can i use 2175 NOC ( as i have 4 years degree in CS and work experience with different titles) while showing interest for PNP?
If Not, Can i change my EE NOC to 2175? (as my work titles are not matching)
