Different NAICS codes

I got nominated by Alberta express entry priority sector Agriculture. In my EOI i wrote the code 1111 (oilseed and grain farming). We do farming however we are non profit and employer told me they would write 115110 (agriculturebsupport activities and services) on the form. My question is, could this cause a problem? Or should I add an explanation letter to clear things up? We do farming and provide services to the industry and charge them but at the same time we are non profit and do research on govt funding as well. The major category is still same (agriculture) but I am worried about different NAICS code. Any suggestions
