Different LMIA NOC than EE Profile NOC

I have a positive LMIA for NOC 41402 - Business Development Officer and my current and previous Experience falls into NOC 10021 - banking, credit and other investment manager. will I be able to claim 50 extra points for the LMIA? Will it impact my PR application process if the LMIA NOC is different from my previous experience?

Median wages in Toronto is mentioned as $42/hour for NOC code 41402 (market researcher) in job bank. Does it mean that the employer has to file LMIA for wages higher than that? My NOC code is the same but Im getting only $27/hour.
