I have experience working with Amazon India for a while, and I have a reference letter from my time there. However, when I joined, I used my father's last name(searched Google for this) as my surname. My full name is simply Mubashir, but on official office documents, it appears as Mubashir Ahmed. If I need to update my name for Express Entry, I'd have to change it on various documents, including the reference letter, joining letter, and pay stubs. Would it be acceptable to keep the documents as they are and provide them alongside my pay stubs, joining letter, reference letter, photos, letter of explanation, and a written declaration from former colleagues that I have worked there? Or is there another approach I should consider? Any suggestions would be highly appreciated.
