Difference of Education and Work Experience

I have Masters Degree in International Relations from Pakistani University, acquired in 2018. I am working as Sub-Inspector (Investigation) (NOC 4311, Level B) in Federal Investigation Agency since 2015. I have training certificates in investigation field from FIA Academy, UNODC, ICITAP and French Embassy. My question is that as my qualification does not exactly match with my work experience, should I apply for FSW Program?
