Difference in weekly hours for same work experience

I have a continuous work experience at a company with the same duties of 1 year and 9 months, being 1 year and 2 months of those being at 30 hours per week and 7 months at 40 hours per week.

Should I list them as separate entries on my profile or as a single one under 30 hours and explain that change on the letter?
